Website analytics are off.

This version of the website does not send page views, clicks, engagement time, or guest-form activity to a website analytics service. It does not set analytics cookies or create visitor identifiers.

The dashboard being developed uses fictional sample data. Those numbers do not represent visitors or podcast listeners. You do not need to opt out while collection is disabled.

The planned analytics will focus on aggregate website activity. They must exclude names, email addresses, application text, raw IP addresses, full browser user-agent strings, session recordings, and device fingerprints. This page will be updated to describe the actual collection and choices before analytics is enabled.

The guest form is a local demonstration.

The preview asks for a name, email address, organisation or role, an optional website, and a conversation idea. Use sample details while testing it.

Entries stay in the current page. The website does not submit them to Brayden, email them, or save them in cookies or browser storage. Previewing a confirmation does not submit an application.

When live applications are introduced, the intended process is to email the application to Brayden for review and possible follow-up. That is not connected yet. Applicant information will not be included in website analytics or automatically published as episode content.

Audio and external websites

The podcast audio is hosted outside this website. The player is configured not to preload audio. When your browser requests an audio file, the audio host receives a network request and may process technical information such as your IP address under its own practices.

Links to RSS.com, guest websites, or an audio file take you to services with their own privacy practices. The website does not embed third-party social feeds or external font services.

Any server serving the website may also process normal connection information to deliver pages. That is separate from the website analytics described above; production hosting and its log settings will be confirmed before launch.

Keeping and clearing information

The form preview does not create an application record. Use “Clear sample details” on the guest page to reset the form. Your browser may independently retain autofill or browsing information according to its settings.

There are no collected website analytics records to delete in this version. Retention periods, a confirmed contact route, and the process for requesting deletion of future applications must be established before live submissions open.

This page will be revised when live applications, hosting, or analytics are connected. It will describe what is collected, why, how long it is retained, and how to contact Brayden about it.
